Rub-a-dub Doggies

Today I’m over at the Miss Ink Stamps blog revealing this card I created using the Rub-a-dub Doggies Stamp set. This set reminded me so much of my two fur-babies, I had to create a card using this set. I’m also going to show you how to create this fun circle background using a stencil, distress oxide, and glimmer paste.
