Kindness matters
Hello friend!
I hope you had a great day! I recently had the opportunity to participate in the Paper Crafters Unite Against Racism Blog Hop on Instagram, where fellow crafters from around the world unite to bring awareness against racism. The cards created were so beautiful, and the messages from the crafters were an inspiration. This was a touching event that I was honored to be apart of, and it’s my hope that our creations and messages inspired and encouraged much needed change.

While I was creating these cards, I began to think of the constant struggle within my black community. From slavery, discrimination, unfair acts that, to this day continue to be. The hate that continues to cause this division is a cancer that has yet to be healed.
I believe with all of my heart that the love of Christ can cause a change in anyone’s life. He was an example for us to live by, to show compassion and love to everyone, no matter their race, or differences (as we all have) he was always there to deliver and bring healing without judgement.
I encourage you to step out of your bubble of comfort and reach out to the one who does not look like you, and render an act of kindness. I promise you, that will be a seed that will continue to grow as it is passed on to the next one.
